Suitable for control of gas, LPG, diesel and kerosene burners used in drying and curing ovens. Can be used for retrofit/upgrade or new installations.
This bundle allows for digital control of burner temperature. It comes with a choice of Novus temperature controller. Both options have at least two normally open output relays. The relays are volt free, providing a switched live or enable/run signal as required. One relay can be used to regulate the oven temperature, the second relay can be used for alarms or other functions.
For simple applications we recommend the N1030-RR. If you require more advanced features including Ramp & Soak programming then we offer the N1050-PRRR.
In both kits an additional 4 Pole relay is supplied. This can be used for interfacing or where the burner current draw exceeds the maximum rating of the temperature controller built in relays.
Also included are a 100MM Type K thermocouple to provide temperature feedback. Along with an LED Buzzer and Red signal lamp suitable for use as over temperature and lockout alarms.
