A103PID-U is a humidity and temperature controller with 3 outputs, one TRIAC output with PID control (proportional, derivative and integrative) for heating, one relay output for humidity and one auxiliary relay output for temperature or cyclic timer. The main temperature output connects through a TRIAC with PID control. This control is more precise than a conventional “on and off” relay system, as it varies the voltage level in the electrical resistance according to the ambient temperature, in order to avoid overshoot. In addition, the A103 PID-U is compatible with Arcsys, which is Ageon's monitoring system.
For PID temperature control using higher wattage heaters: wire an AC input SSR to terminals 1 and 7.
