Which switches is this compatible with?
It's designed to clip onto EMAS's CP and CM series pushbuttons, selectors, e-stops, and joysticks — the same 22mm control unit range used throughout the CP product line.
Do I need any tools to fit it?
No — it clips into place on the back of the switch body without special tooling.
What's the difference between C1 and C2?
C1 is normally-open (N.O.) — the contact closes when the switch is actuated. C2 is normally-closed (N.C.) — the contact opens when actuated. Use C1 to add extra signalling or start functions, and C2 for stop or safety-interlock functions.
Can I stack multiple contact blocks on one switch?
Yes — contacts can be double-stacked where panel depth allows, letting you build up multi-function control units from a single switch body.
