CP Series Plastic 1NC Emergency 40 mm Turn to Release Red 22 mm Control Unit
The CP200E is one of our most-fitted e-stops — we use these ourselves across our own workshop panel builds, so we know first-hand it holds up to daily knocks and repeated use rather than just looking good on a datasheet. At a fraction of the price of premium-brand equivalents, it clips together with no soldering or special tools, and ships from our UK stock rather than waiting on a lengthy overseas import lead time.
Complete with 1 normally closed contact, ready for a single-channel safety relay or a basic latching circuit straight out of the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need extra parts to wire this into a safety circuit, or is it ready to go?
The single N.C. contact is enough on its own for a single-channel safety relay. If your circuit needs a second channel, clip on an EMAS C2 block — no tools needed, it just snaps into place. Want a separate status signal back to your PLC as well? Add an EMAS C1 block alongside it.
How does this compare to a premium branded e-stop?
Same core function and IP65 build quality, at a noticeably lower price point — this is one of the parts we fit on our own panels precisely because it holds up without the branded price tag.
How quickly can I get this — is it stocked in the UK?
Yes, held in UK stock and dispatched directly, so you're not waiting on an overseas import lead time for a part that's often needed urgently.
Turn-to-release vs pull-to-release — which do I need?
Turn-to-release (this model) needs a deliberate twist to reset, cutting down on accidental resets. If your safety case calls for a keyed reset instead, see the CP200EA30 variant.
Industry Applications
- Packaging & conveyor lines — mounted at operator stations along conveyors for immediate stop access during jams or product changeovers
- Food & beverage processing — IP65 rating suits washdown zones near mixers, fillers, and packaging equipment
- Machine tool & fabrication — panel-mounted stop for CNC, presses, and other operator-adjacent machinery requiring a basic latching safety circuit
