A. We recommend new users test with the STARTER package which is completely free of charge for one device and covers 180,000 records. The BASIC package has higher limits, covering more users and devices. The cost is £140.00 annually. For advanced users with multiple devices a CUSTOM plan is recommended as the most cost efficient.
Q. How easy is it to install and setup the device?
A. Initial configuration using NXperience can typically take 30 minutes for a new user. Overall it is realistic that the device can be wired and functional in 1-2 hours, with data visible on Novus Cloud.

Q. How do I add a device to Novus Cloud?
A. Once a new Cloud account has been registered, simply login using your browser and follow the steps to 'Create A New Device'. This will generate a token which should be copied and pasted into the relevant configuration software e.g. NXperience. Then download the updated configuration file to the device (containing the token). It is important to also check the device communication settings prior to download.
