Small Form Plug & Play Temperature Control Station

We have developed this ultra compact solution for control of electric heaters up to 2.3KW. It has simple connections at the rear for a thermocouple or PT100 sensor and an IEC power output. The unit operates from a standard 13A supply (UK 3 pin plug). It occupies minimal space on the bench and is supplied in an all metal housing.

This device has an on/off control action with adjustable hysteresis. This form of thermostatic control generally maintains setpoint to +/- 5 degrees C. The controller contains an isolated relay module which can be replaced without having to reprogram any parameters. Please note it is not intended for full PID control with a solid state relay (SSR).

Despite it's size, the Benchtop Micro controller contains a powerful Novus N20K48 controller which incorporates Ramp & Soak Programming, Bluetooth Monitoring and a host of parameter options. Adjustments can be made from the front screen or via free Smart Phone App.

Suitable for 230V electric elements including cartridge and band heaters. You can also use this unit to upgrade small ovens and kilns. Supplied with a thermocouple or PT100 socket of your choice - we will contact you to confirm details. We also include compatible plugs for the sensor and heater outlet.
