There are many different designs of electric powder coating oven to suit single or three phase supplies. We have generic electrical drawings available on request, useful when planning a new build or retrofitting controls. We can also program the temperature controller to suit your requirements for a small additional fee — please contact us if you want to discuss your project before purchasing.

This is the standard single phase set as installed in ovens across the UK. The N1030T offers the ability to automatically shut off the elements at the end of a preset time.
The three phase set includes a 3 Phase Solid State Relay rated to 40A per phase. Please select this option for 3 Phase, Neutral and Earth supplies.

We supply a 5mm diameter x 50mm long Type K thermocouple as standard. Other options available on request.
I have a 3 phase oven, will this be suitable?
Yes — for a three phase set we replace the single phase SSR with a three phase version rated to 40A per phase. Select the three phase option at checkout.
Can you help with programming?
Yes — we can pre-program the controller, and can also supply a printout of the commonly used parameters for powder coating.
