The 12-24V supply model of the N1030-RR is a small-footprint, easy-to-set-up, cost-effective PID temperature controller for applications requiring two relay outputs — ideal for interfacing with burners and boilers, process equipment, machinery and OEM, and catering equipment where you need direct control of contactors and signals. Its low voltage supply also suits incubators, off-grid, and mobile applications.
What is different about the RR model?
The RR model has 2 relay outputs which can function as control or alarm — usable as a dry-contact temperature controller, temperature alarm, or temperature indicator. This model has no pulse output.
N1030 features a high-performance PID algorithm in a compact housing, only 35 mm deep. Its compact construction and convenient detachable connector make for easy set up on short-profile panels, optimising space and reducing costs. It has two outputs always available, configurable as control or alarm.
Heating or cooling action can be selected via parameter change. PID parameters auto-tune, and the controller can be switched to On/Off control mode if required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose the RR model over the standard N1030-PR?
The RR gives you two relay outputs instead of a pulse and relay pair — useful when you need two independently switched contacts (e.g. control plus alarm to separate circuits) rather than SSR-driven switching.
Why choose the 24V version over the mains model?
For control panels already running 12-24V rails, off-grid installations, mobile/vehicle-mounted equipment, or incubators where mains power isn't available.
Is there a mains (100-240V) version?
Yes, see the N1030-RR (100-240V).
Industry Applications
- Off-Grid & Mobile Equipment — runs from 12-24V where mains power isn't available.
- Burner & Boiler Interfacing — dual relay outputs suit direct interlocking with combustion control circuits.
- Incubators — low voltage supply and dry-contact control suit hobbyist and small-scale setups.
