MPN: BET60FLASH2

The BET60FLASH2 solves a real problem on multi-station lines: knowing instantly which of several emergency stops was actually pressed. It fits behind CP/CM series pushbuttons and flashes on demand, cutting fault-finding time when an operator needs to know which e-stop to reset first.

Two grey trailing wires are provided for connection — one connects to the emergency button's switched control voltage (see EMAS part C1 for an extra N.O. contact block if needed), the other to ground. This device is not polarity sensitive.

Select BET60FLASH2 for "EMERGENCY STOP" text, BET60FLASH3 for symbols only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which e-stops is this compatible with?
It's designed to fit behind EMAS CP and CM series pushbuttons and emergency stops — check your existing e-stop is from this range before ordering.

Do I need to worry about wire polarity when connecting it?
No — the device is not polarity sensitive, so either grey wire can go to the switched control voltage and the other to ground.

What's the difference between BET60FLASH2 and BET60FLASH3?
BET60FLASH2 has "EMERGENCY STOP" text printed on it; BET60FLASH3 has symbols only, for sites that prefer icon-based signage or multilingual panels.

Can I add extra contacts to the e-stop to power this?
Yes — EMAS's C1 contact block adds an extra N.O. contact to your e-stop if you need a dedicated circuit to drive this legend plate without disturbing the main safety contact wiring.

Industry Applications

  • Multi-station production lines — instantly identify which of several e-stops was triggered
  • Large machinery & press lines — faster fault response when e-stops are spread across a wide physical area
  • Panel upgrades & retrofits — adding clear visual fault identification to existing CP/CM series e-stop installations
