The Novus controller is essential for reliable and accurate readings. As such it comes with the usual 3 year warranty. There is full technical support provided on the control panel itself. All other components are supplied with a full 12 month warranty. The panel itself has a 12 month ‘Return To Base’ warranty. In the highly unlikely event it suffers from a technical malfunction we will repair or replace.
Please allow 7-10 days for final assembly, testing and delivery. These are typical lead times, please get in touch prior to purchase for our current availability.
