The A104 model is an automatic electrical temperature controller intended for refrigeration systems. The main output regulates temperature by direct control of the compressor. The A104 is widely used in food and dairy cooling tanks, as it can also control a stirrer function using the secondary output.
Another major advantage of the A104 is that it contains voltage protection parameters that can detect possible variations in the power line and activate the controller's protection — preventing damage to compressor windings caused by excessive current and heat, prolonging equipment life in areas with an unstable power grid. Adjustable thresholds for minimum and maximum voltage can be set to provide a safe operating window for the compressor.
The Black Line A104 has an Economy Mode to save energy as well as a thermometer function, plus all the standard Black Line features — 6 keys, two ways of fastening (clips and screws), and the option of online monitoring with ArcSys or the Ageon WebFi gateway.
