The A102 comes preconfigured for cooling control, meaning it can be installed quickly as a replacement for refrigerated displays. When used for refrigeration, it incorporates natural defrosting management by stopping the compressor based on adjustable timers. Parameter r3 can be adjusted to enable heating control (Ht) — in heating mode it can be used with electric elements including heat mats, with resistive loads up to 17A switched directly by the built-in relay.
The Black Line A102 has an Economy Mode to save energy as well as a thermometer function, plus programmable delays for relay on/off as required. It also includes all the standard Black Line features — 6 keys, two ways of fastening (clips and screws), and the option of online monitoring with ArcSys or the Ageon WebFi gateway.
