Novus FieldLogger Optional HMI Display
The FieldLogger HMI is a 2.4" colour display and button interface for local FieldLogger access. It can be used to upgrade compatible models and provides up to 6 channels of visible data. You can also view alarms and other configuration-related parameters — an invaluable tool for visible feedback on the monitoring process without needing to enter more advanced parameters.
For retrofitting directly to the datalogger, the HMI clips to the front of the compatible models below — simply remove the supplied blanking plate and click into place. You will also need to enable HMI control parameters within the datalogger's configuration.
Compatible with: FieldLogger Ethernet, 2xRS485 Master/Slave (230V) and FieldLogger Ethernet, 2xRS485 Master/Slave (24V)
The HMI can also be remotely mounted, for example on control panel doors or in a visible position away from the main unit. Please contact us if you would like to order the remote mounting kit.
Please note Slave FieldLogger versions do not support HMI.

Will this work with the Slave-only FieldLogger models?
No — Slave FieldLogger versions do not support the HMI. It's compatible with the Ethernet, dual RS485 Master/Slave models only.
Do I need to configure anything after fitting the HMI?
Yes — after clipping it in, you'll need to enable HMI control parameters within the datalogger's configuration.
Can I mount the HMI away from the main FieldLogger unit?
Yes — a remote mounting kit is available for panel doors or other visible locations; contact us to order this option.
