EMAS heat sinks are a slimline design with versatile mounting to DIN rail or chassis. Universal fitting - works with the majority of hockey puck style Solid State Relays, including EMAS's own SSRP1DA025 and the Novus 25A SSR (a separate brand we also stock).
Solid build quality with 3 year warranty as standard.
Options are available with fans for assisted cooling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this suitable for my 25A SSR?
Yes — the SSS2X is sized for 25A hockey-puck style SSRs, matching EMAS's SSRP1DA025 relay and the Novus 25A SSR. For the 12A relay use the smaller SSS1X; for 40A use the SSS4X.
Will this fit SSRs from other manufacturers?
Likely yes — it's a universal fitting designed for the common hockey-puck SSR form factor used across most brands, not just EMAS relays.
Do I need forced-air cooling for continuous-duty use?
Depends on ambient temperature and duty cycle — at higher currents, fan-assisted versions are worth considering if you're running near the top of the relay's rating or in a hot enclosure.
How is it mounted?
Rail mount, fitting DIN rail or chassis mounting in a standard control panel.
Industry Applications
- Process heating panels — thermal management for higher-current SSRs driving heating elements continuously
- Panel builders — universal-fit heatsink for retrofitting or building up custom SSR assemblies
- Plastics & packaging machinery — supporting high-cycle SSR switching at higher current without overheating
