This 10A single phase Solid State Relay comes pre-fitted with an ND-10 heatsink for continuous-duty use straight out of the box — no separate heatsink purchase or fitting needed. Controlled by 3-32VDC, it switches AC loads from 40-480VAC at up to 10A.

Solid state relays are used for switching resistive and inductive loads, outperforming conventional mechanical relays with a life cycle measured in millions of operations, high switching speed with no mechanical or electrical noise, no dangerous sparks or wear, and low power needed for switching — a perfect choice when high control accuracy is fundamental.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to buy a heatsink separately?
No — this model comes with the ND-10 heatsink already fitted, ready for continuous-duty use straight out of the box.

Will this work with a non-Novus controller?
Yes — this is a universal DC-controlled SSR, triggered by any 3-32VDC signal within its input range. It's not limited to Novus controllers and works equally well with other brand temperature controllers, PLCs, and process controllers.

Is there a version without the heatsink?
Yes, see our standard 10A SSR if you're fitting your own heatsink or don't need one.

Industry Applications

  • Continuous-Duty Heating — pre-fitted heatsink keeps the SSR within safe operating temperature under sustained load.
  • Small Cartridge Heaters — compact, low-current SSR for smaller resistive loads.
  • OEM Machinery on a Budget — ready-assembled SSR and heatsink saves separate sourcing and fitting time.
