The EMAS BET60FLASH3 is the symbol-only version of EMAS's flashing emergency stop legend plate. It fits behind EMAS CP/CM series 22mm e-stops, including our CP200E and CM200E, and flashes when the button is operated, so operators can see instantly which of several e-stops was pressed.
With no printed text, the plate reads the same in any language, which suits multilingual workforces and machines built for export. Two grey trailing wires are provided: one connects to the e-stop's switched control voltage (add an EMAS C1 N.O. contact block if needed), the other to 0V. The device is not polarity sensitive.
BET60FLASH3 vs BET60FLASH2
- Marking — BET60FLASH3 (this plate) carries the e-stop symbol only. BET60FLASH2 adds EMERGENCY STOP text alongside the symbol.
- Best for — the symbol-only version suits multilingual sites and export machinery. The text version suits English-language sites where operators expect a worded label.
- Everything else is identical — 60mm diameter, fits 22mm CP/CM e-stops, flashing LED at 24V AC/DC, two-wire connection, not polarity sensitive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which e-stops is this compatible with?
It fits behind EMAS CP and CM series 22mm e-stops, including our CP200E and CM200E. Check your existing e-stop is from this range before ordering.
Should I choose BET60FLASH3 or BET60FLASH2?
Choose BET60FLASH3 for a symbol-only plate that reads the same in any language. Choose BET60FLASH2 if you want EMERGENCY STOP text printed on the plate. Size, wiring and flashing function are identical.
Do I need to worry about wire polarity?
No. The device is not polarity sensitive, so either grey wire can go to the switched control voltage and the other to 0V.
Can I add extra contacts to the e-stop to power this?
Yes. An EMAS C1 contact block adds an N.O. contact, so the legend plate has its own circuit without disturbing the main safety contact wiring.
Industry Applications
- Export machinery — language-neutral e-stop identification for machines shipped abroad.
- Multilingual production sites — one clear symbol understood by every operator.
- Multi-station lines — instantly identify which of several e-stops was triggered.
