The Novus N-Clip 35mm DIN Rail Adapter lets you fit a 48 x 48mm (1/16 DIN) Novus PID controller directly onto standard 35mm DIN rail — ideal when the temperature controller needs to sit inside a control cabinet or enclosure rather than in a cut-out on the door or front panel.
It also has recessed mounting holes for attachment to flat surfaces such as backplates - by screws or similar fixings.

Can I use this adapter on an N20K48 fitted with the ClickNGo Docker?
No — the adapter is for the N20K48 without the Docker interface. The base N20K48 still works as a fully featured standalone PID controller, and its Bluetooth connection allows configuration and monitoring from a phone without opening the enclosure.
Why mount a controller on DIN rail instead of in a panel cut-out?
DIN rail mounting avoids cutting the enclosure door, preserving its IP rating, and keeps the controller out of reach of operators. It suits applications where the setpoint is fixed at commissioning and does not need day-to-day adjustment.
Does DIN rail mounting change how the controller is wired?
No — the controller keeps its detachable 9-pin terminal block, so wiring is identical to a panel-mounted installation. A spare 9-pin connector is available if you want to pre-wire off the rail.
Can I mount the controller alongside an SSR on the same rail?
Yes — mounting the controller on the same 35mm rail as its solid state relay, terminals and protection devices keeps the complete heating control circuit together inside one cabinet. Our N1030 PID bundle kits supply the controller and SSR together.
