The EMAS IF5T024ZM05-1 is a compact 3-level LED light tower: red, yellow and green tiers in one 55mm body, plus a built-in 90dB buzzer. Each tier has its own wire, so colours can be lit individually or together, giving true traffic-light style machine status from a single 22mm mounting hole.
Wiring is simple: apply 24V DC to the tier you want lit, directly from PLC outputs or control contacts. Need a light-only version? See the IF5T024XM05-1. If you only need one colour at a time, the IF5P multicolour beacon offers five colours in the same footprint.

Can all three colours be lit at once?
Yes. Each tier (red, yellow, green) has its own wire, so tiers can be lit individually or together, for example yellow and red for "fault, awaiting reset".
What do red, yellow and green mean on a machine?
Under IEC 60204-1, red indicates an emergency or hazardous condition, yellow an abnormal condition needing attention, and green normal running.
Can it flash?
Yes. The EMAS wiring diagram includes a grey flash wire; alternatively, pulse the tier's output from your PLC.
How do I wire it?
Apply +24V DC to the wire for each tier you want lit (PNP/sourcing outputs) with the black wire to 0V. The purple wire drives the built-in buzzer.
With or without buzzer?
This is the buzzer version. The light-only version is the IF5T024XM05-1.
