A ready to install digital process display. Shows a live process value — temperature, level, pressure, flow or any 4-20mA / 0-10V signal — on a large, bright 5-digit display, in a wall-mounted IP65 enclosure. Prewired and tested prior to despatch, so you just connect the sensor and power.

- Built-in 24V DC auxiliary supply to power 2-wire 4-20mA transmitters (level, pressure, flow)
- Scale the reading to engineering units, e.g. 0-100%, 0-10 bar, 0-5000 litres
- Two alarm relays — high / low alarms, or simple level or pump control
- Isolated 4-20mA retransmission of the reading back to a PLC or BMS
- Internal terminal strip for quick connection, glanded cable entries

The Novus N1540 indicator comes with the usual 3 year warranty, and there is full technical support provided on the unit. All other components are supplied with a 12 month warranty. The enclosure assembly has a 12 month 'Return To Base' warranty. In the highly unlikely event it suffers from a technical malfunction we will repair or replace.

Can it power my level or pressure transmitter?
Yes — the built-in 24V DC auxiliary supply powers standard 2-wire 4-20mA transmitters directly, so no separate power supply is needed.
Can it show real units rather than mA?
Yes — the display is scaled to your range, e.g. 0-100% level, 0-10 bar or 0-150°C. Tell us the range when ordering and we'll set it up.
Can it switch a pump or alarm?
Yes — the two relays can be set as high/low alarms or used for simple level control such as pump start/stop.
