The EMAS L61K13PUM211 is a metal-body limit switch with an 8mm metal plunger, rated IP67 and supplied pre-wired with a 2m cable. The plunger is operated by straight-line travel, so it suits guards, slides and stops that move directly onto the switch. For a target that approaches from the side or runs across the switch, the roller plunger L61K13MUM331 is the better choice.
- 8mm metal plunger, in-line actuation
- 1NO+1NC snap-action contacts
- IP67 metal body, pre-wired 2m cable
- 10 million mechanical operations

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose the plunger or the roller plunger?
The plain plunger (L61K13PUM211) is for parts that press directly onto the end of the switch. The roller plunger (L61K13MUM331) has a roller on the tip, so it can be operated by a cam or by a part moving across the switch.
How does this compare to the L51K13PUM211?
Both are metal-body plunger switches with 1NO+1NC snap-action contacts. The L61K13PUM211 is IP67 and supplied pre-wired with a 2m cable; the L51K13PUM211 is IP65 and is wired to internal screw terminals through a cable gland.
Does it come with cable?
Yes. It is supplied pre-wired with 2 metres of cable, ready to connect into a junction box or control panel.
Is it suitable for wash-down or outdoor use?
Yes. IP67 protects against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, with an operating range of -25 to +80 °C.
Industry Applications
- Machine guards and doors — closed-position detection where the guard presses directly onto the switch
- Linear slides and cylinders — end-of-travel detection on in-line movements
- Wash-down and outdoor equipment — IP67 sealing with no field wiring at the switch
