The EMAS HN2510NUE is a 3 pole contactor with a 230V AC coil and one normally open auxiliary contact, for DIN rail or panel mounting. It switches three-phase motors up to 11kW (25A AC3) and resistive heating loads up to 40A (AC1), making it a cost-effective choice for larger heaters, ovens and pump motors.
It is a common replacement for Crompton, Schneider, Telemecanique, ABB and similar contactors. Overloads, auxiliary contact blocks and other coil voltages are available on request. For smaller loads, see the EMAS HN0910NUE 9A contactor.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between AC1 and AC3 ratings?
AC1 applies to resistive loads such as heating elements and gives the higher rating (40A). AC3 applies to inductive loads such as three-phase motors and is lower (25A / 11kW) because motor inrush current is harder on the contacts.
Will the 230V coil work on UK 240V mains?
Yes. UK mains is nominally 230V, often measured at around 240V, which is within the coil's normal operating tolerance.
Can this replace my existing branded contactor?
Likely yes. It is a common form-factor replacement for Crompton, Schneider, Telemecanique, ABB and similar contactors. Check that the coil voltage, load rating and auxiliary contact match before ordering.
Is the 9A version enough for my load?
The HN0910NUE covers motors up to 4kW and heating up to 20A. Above that, this 25A model is the right choice.
Industry Applications
- Ovens, kilns & heaters — switching heating loads up to 40A from a temperature controller.
- Motor control panels — starters for pumps, compressors and fans up to 11kW.
- Panel refurbishment — drop-in replacement for ageing or discontinued branded contactors.
